Terrell Kiwanis Club Lieutenant Governor Walter Naff spoke and then presented Secretary Andreia Reese with the Distinguished Secretary award. Terrell Kiwanis Club then heard an excellent program given by Dr. Derrell Coleman, the General Counsel and Chief of Staff of Terrell ISD.
